Remember - this is how it works:

At a predetermined time, we will pick from one of the members that's logged into the board & give them $1 for ever member that's logged in.

I will start a new thread announcing the winner & they will have 15 minutes to reply to that thread in order to claim the prize. If they do not, I will pick another winner from the existing list & we will keep going until we find someone that's paying attention.

The same way everything about this contest is determined - random.org

So if there's 150 people logged in, I tell it to give me a number between 1 & 150, find that person on the member list & they win!
