I see some link list list in their rules that sites need a warning page.
What exactly should be on this page? And is it all right to still have the banners and links to link lists on this page with a few pictures?

You should have banners and the recip links on the warning page yes.
Example:

Ads are allowed, but remember, it is a "warning page" - don't put pics on there.

Is this showing too much on the warning page? (I will ad dwarning text to it)
Will some lists decline my site b/c of those 3 ?

What part of that page warns the surfer that they are entering an adult site?

I just wanted to make sure the pics were'nt too much. Text will be added shortly when I'm ready to submit the page :)

Shit - ignore me, I need a nap :)
Technically, yes, it is too much - some places will allow it, some won't.
I'd probably let it slide.

Some sites do not like hardcore banners or pictures on the warning page. Maybe under the warning This is an Adult site text but not on the top.
