I would consider myself still kind of new here, even though I've been lurking for years, but I was just wondering what the spam policy is around here?
Is it cool for members to PM spam to other members? Because... I don't think it is... What do I know though|huh

GG or Jim will rain fire and brimstone down upon them. Seriously. You should probably PM one of them immediately :)

Note to self: Take pvtspanky off of the list. :D
My answer is - depends. What was the subject? Was it a program spamming you or some other thing?

My traffic partners are earning more and more income from reviews using my directories. See this new banner showing just a few days of checks I have received to process and send partners their collated sponsor check !
http://www.reviewcash.com/reviewcash.gif
The directories I use are:
www.free-trial.com (main directory)
www.free-trial-sex-sites.com (receives exit traffic from free-trial.com)
If you would like your own set of directories with over 900 reviews in 50+ categories at no cost then check out my program detailed at:
www.ReviewCash.com
I have www.HotSexIndex.com and its sister directory www22.Sex-Passes.com immediately available for partnership !
Email me at: reviewcash@totalhost.com mate if your keen to have your exit traffic filtered ?
Cheers
David

The thread he was replying to had nothing to do with his service. It was a thread about ratios for the month of January in general.
The title of his PM said:
"Bad ratios - maybe I can help ?"

OK, I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be getting this, and no, I don't want what he has to offer.

I remember Linkster posting a thread telling reviewcash to stop sending him spam emails:

Am I the only one that does not get offended by "spam" on boards. Spam meaning products, services etc. to do with adult. I have actually come accross some great stuff in board spam
I have no problem with "spam" on boards, when it's posted in the appropriate place.

I actually suggested it as a good way to recruit potential affiliates just a few weeks ago. I was immediately beaten with a stick. :D

It doesn't offend me at all. It does show that companies have such poor marketing and name recognition that they have to resort to such things.
You know spending a little time in doing research will find you top quality companies so then you won't have to deal with low quality companies that have to spam.

If it is on the "spam" board I agree. I often surf the spam boards when I am looking for a particular type of service. But if I come across spam on the main boards I tend to make a note of the spammer, and never use them for anything ever. My thinking is this : "If someone spams where they know that spamming is not allowed, then they are breaking the agreement they made when they 'signed up' to the board. Do I really want to trust someone who has demonstrated that they do not keep to agreements that they make ?"

That is exactly the way it is. When people view "New Posts", like most do (I am guessing), they see the products and services threads like all the rest. There is no reason to Spam anyplace else on this board. Except, when replying to something in the "I'm Looking For" forum. So, we have 2 forums deticated to selling your products and/or services.

There's forums to offer those things.
