Is my signature ok?

I'm not going to count but my first guess would be no.

You will not use a banner in your signature file larger than 120x60 pixels (with 40 characters of text under it) OR 80 characters of text for sig files that do not contain images. If you have a table in your sig, it must be no bigger than 120x60. You must use standard ENGLISH text in your sig, which means you can not use:
Bold Text
Huge Text
Colored Text

this way everyone that reads your posts will go re-read the sig file rules

this way nobody will miss any changes in the rules
