Cleo, that's all I have done. I used all the MrSkin free content and the site does convert well. People like their celebs to be nude. LOL

More free content would be good obviously Hank as this is not a niche you can buy content in.

It's easy what we do fall under fairuse of the copyright law. We are just like Roger Ebert, we report the news as it relates to nudity in regular movies...All the pics and clips we use come directly fron the movies so the celebs have no say since the already sold the pics to the studio.

Since, we are on 500 radio stations, BBC, US Today, Wall Street Journel, Howard Stern on a regular basis and many others, we are legit news. No other Celeb site can say this and the movie companies like us cause we sell the videos on our site...They even send us the videos to review be fore they are released which further legitimize what we do.

We also never present the star in a bad light or do paparazzi stuff, or stolen stuff(like the Paris Hilton thing) which get's eveybody in trouble...We are here for the long term and it has been very successful for us.

We have been out here 4 yrs now with never a problem andf all the parties at be know about us... We do it right|bananna|

I have stayed away from the celeb niche because there is no simple way to tell legal from illegal. I think the huge volume of celeb spam from Babylon-x in the day pretty much sealed the deal.

I cannot list the content on my link site because the majority of the sites I have seen don't appear to be legal, feature compsite nudes (celeb head, other person nude boy), or are hosted in very weird places and promote sponsors I wouldn't send my worst enemy to.

I would consider building sponsor content stuff from you Hank, because I am confident in the way you are doing business with the movie people. That is the most important by far! :-)

It's in the works after some other niche celeb sites we are working on i.e. asian celebs, international celebs, celeb babes with big boobs, B movie babes, Horror Movie Babes and others like that|bananna|

Thank you Hank for clearing up the blanket statement, "if you don't have paper, it's not legal". At times, that just is not true.

Just so everyone knows...Hank is working on getting us some free content. As you can imagine, he can't just give us pictures and be done with it. Each picture will have to have a short review on the bottom of it to make it legal for all of us to use safely.

And looking at Greenie's example...If MrSkin offers Allissa Milano content, you know they are legal :)

MrSkin has always been a top notch organization and I have heard the entire story of how they started the site to make sure they stayed legal. They did do their homework. And, they really have no competition...it takes way too many people to go through movies and grab all the content.

I especially like that they recently switched from Ibill :)

I've been pushing Mr Skin for a few years both through Flashcash and the MrSkin program and done well in my eyes :) I've also listed Kezza's submits as well as a few others (kind of a help each other out between LL owners thingy) and of course any free sites I've made. I've recently been moving some sites into the SEs to get more traffic and it's paying off

Hank also provides some nice babe of the day and search box type stuff that works nicely

One small request... well, it's not that smally really, but anyway - if you do ever make a male celeb site, can you keep it "sexuality neutral" i.e. don't market it as a gay site, keep the language on it open.

I'm making this request because if you made it gay, you'd be missing out on female surfers who I KNOW would love the site, and as the Nielsen survey revealed last week, 33% of women are deliberately surfing porn :) *

Don't need a license, pls read the Fair Use section of the Copyright law. We are like Roger Ebert, we report new and comment on it. As such we can take s section of the movie for news without having to license the material.

thats what i said hank i posted on my regular board with a poll about starting a PAC and really taking control of the election and our future this is a 4 to 40 billion dollar a year industry in the us alone depending on which figures u see. but even at 4 billion we should be able as an industry to cum up with 200 million or so and be as big as the tabacco or achohol or gun lobbys they dont leave anything to chance they put in the right senators etc to continue doing business. unfortunetly only me and two others responded to the poll so i assumed noone else cared. but in the poll i had asked wheather people would be willing to make a voluntary donation, or should we implement a voluntary tax on sales, or etc just different options as to how to raise the money and also i had an option of fuck it i'll keep all my money don't care what happens, nice thing is the 3 of us who did bother to respond all are willing to donate to protect our future. for someone like me a relative newbie who couldn't donate a worthwhile amount up front i would be willing to have say $3 or so per sale donated. it wouldnt affect me to much and would protect all of our futures. i was very excited to see the industry get together and fight acacia so i don't know why i don't hear of anything about next years election. |angry| we don't have much time!

I don't suppose you have any idea what's going on with the CNDb? I know you don't personally run it, but I believe you host it and it's been up and down and up down for several days now. Often you have to hit reload 5-10 times before a page will display. I was just wondering if you knew what was happening and are planning to make any fixes. As you well know it's a great source for everyone in the celebrity community and it pains me to see it suffer |sad|

CNDb is in the process of being moved to new servers and to a new data center. As with any move there are some bugs to be worked out|angry|

It will be back up with smooth operations very soon. We are in the process of acquiring it so you will be seeing many changes in the near future to make it much better|bananna| |roses|

Sounds great Hank. I'm glad to see your going to do some improvements on it. I know the users over there have been clamoring for it and making quite a mess in the process :D I look forward to seeing the reworked site.
