I suggest a subscribing to AVN online, both the monthly print magazine and the daily email news. This was announced last week. The "end date" on the no-inspections agreement between the FSC and DOJ is now Sept 1st. http://www.avnonline.com/

Toby - I do subscribe to both - and it was in todays daily newsletter - I didnt look at the date - sorry if its old news :)

But figured we could spur some more fun :) Especially with the secret announcement coming out tomorrow

I just finished boarding up all the windows and doors, gassed up the generator, changed my address, updated my whois info to 1600 pennsylvania ave, tossed the D.L and I.D. etc.
All in all it doesn't matter... if they find you are in non compliance, when the injunction ends they can prosecute you back to june 23. All the FSC has done is put a temporary hold on inspections and prosecutions until they can appeal....if they lose the appeal then everyone still has to be compliant as of june 23 and can be prosecuted even if you were a member of the FSC.
But don't take my word for it. I may be misunderstanding or misreading something.
