Anyone know what up with Ad Web Cash?

Hey folks,

I signed up with them a couples of days ago and got my confirmation emal but never got my login info. I sent an email but got no reply and now there site seems to have poofed.

Server trouble maybe?

Just wondering if anyone had a clue.
