I like PMs. They make me feel loved - even when the sender doesn't seem to know why they feel compelled to PM me. I was just getting used to the line "Someone's sig told me that I should PM you".

I feel fortunate. Due to my many self-diagnosed mental illnesses, and the extreme paranoia caused by them, I always assume that people are talking about me anyway. I'm at that point that I'm unsure whether or not I'm really seeing my name in posts, or my mind is just telling me that I see my name. And then I wonder why they aren't insulting me. I'm sort of a self-deprecating narcissist.
