I like 3 the best. "Teens" stands out much better than the rest, caught my eye for teens, rather than queen.

Maybe choose #3 and save the design of the #15 logo for another more mature niche. I like em.

Another vote for #3 rolls on in. It's the correct colors for a teen site and it's the most legible.

For a teen site I'd go with 3 or 6.

2,3, and 11 (if used a little larger) - I always fall for 50s and 60s designs... 15 isn't bad either ;)

3 5 and 15 were all pretty good. You might want to do a little bit of investigations as to the trends in colors (blue shades are starting to get pushed off) by looking around on the net. 3 certainly is a nice logo :-)
