Linux Thumbnail software - HELP ME

Hi All,

I just switched to Linux, and I need a tool for creating thumbnails and resizing pics, it's a tidious job doing it in Photoshop!

Please help me ASAP!

Basically you write a rule set, then hit the automate button.

It's been awhile since I used Linux and I think the only thing available in the way of graphics is Gimp.

Install Imagemagick (http://www.imagemagick.org/) and then check out the docs on the site or
man convert

you can also use the gimp but I prefer imagemagick, much easier to script things around. ;)
