Respect and regards to all people in this forum. This is my first post here. I need some critics for my site

I have many questions but I'll be short for start.

Is it possible to delete index (enter) page and put my main page there?

Is it possible to change banners or links with someone and where I can find this guys?

Once again, respect and regards to all people here!
