sponsorchat owes me $$$ delete my account

David aka Thebutcher, NFV deleted my account (sneak on me while he knows im sleeping at night) and make controversy to get rid of me in sponsorchat. Thought i know it will happen after i saw how he treat people on his board i still trusted him.

either him or one of his people set me up so he doesnt have to pay me. He does that before to spideriux and doing it again to me so watch out for this guy dont ever transact with him or his board.

if you need any info guys i can tell it to you. i been with the board since the beginning and he dumped me just not to pay me. i want his members to know how phony that board is and more than half of its members are thebutchers own nickname.

When thebutcher doesnt have any members yet he make a deal with me to refer for $1.00 each then he changed his mind and said 50 cents each and $200 a month for moderating. This was the start of november. Sends me 2 paypal $20 and $30 with bounced. He then told me he'll send a check, never came. Ok the next month December, paypal me $295.15 cleared at first then he reversed it (together with other accounts like Camouflaged and Teedy) He settled Teedy but not Camouflaged who is still waiting to be paid up to now and a lot of members there are still waiting since november to get paid. So the 295.15 is gone, he blames it on paypal while paypal said that he reversed the payment. Well January came and so im getting pissed & on the back of my back im not trusting him especially with the $1000 red cross check that i won and he didnt send. I promised to send it western union then WU doesnt accept company check, thats his excuse. He then promise to send another check.........its been 3 weeks when he said he sent it. Its obvious now that he didnt, isnt it? Yesterday he said he'll take care of it. Wow, this is how he takes care of it. Delete my account.

Thanks thebutcher and hope you rot in hell for screwing me and the others and the others to come.

Im now happy with the boards that iam a member and dont need your money. Eat it and buy your kids some things from aunt angel, ok?

I should have listen to greenguy and jim when they posted there that this guy is a scam but i learn my lesson from this experience.

The thread might be deleted soon but i have it saved. I have all our conversation saved and even his PM's to me. So if he ever lies i have the proof i can slam on his face.

Suspicions arise when the paypal account is a new biz account with a fake website there that sounded like his other fake site northfieldventure. This B guy depended him then didnt hear from him for a long time until somebody apparently hacked (i think its you greeny) his board and lost thousands of post.

I caught her from the sig swap button and an email she sent out recruiting members to my board, netpond and JBM. When I went public on my board, I still gave her the chance to come out say it was a mistake, her refussal to do so made me come out say it on my board in general chat. As I said at the outset, I will answer all questions truthfully, and sme people won't be too pleased.

We were having leaks out of the mod forum for a long time, and I suspected it was one of 3 people, thats why thousands got paid for the 1st 2 months but not the 3 I suspected. I had to know who was working against me and the board.

The 7000+ Member Issue

1 - When you register for your board, you are forced to put in your birthday before you can do anything else:

Yet when your calendar was online, there were nowhere near 7000 birthdays listed. Can you explain how 95% of your members do not have birthdays when it's required to put on in when you register?

2 - A month ago, when you had 7000 members, you stated that the site was 2 months old. At that rate, you'd be getting 116 or so new members each day. Yet after Jim & I signed up, it was 40 hours until another new member registered.

3 - Everyone can see that your member list is down to 4000. You told me on ICQ that you deleted every member that hadn't posted in the last 75 days. Assuming that you've been open for 3 months now, which is 90 days, that means you had 3000 people register in the 1st 15 days & none of them have posted since?

4 - Back before you disabled some of the board functions in the admin, there was a day when there were 3438 active users on the board - 130 of them were viewing threads. Doesn't it seem a bit odd that 3300+ people were sitting there staring at the index page?

GreenGuy, I deleted all non-posting members (3000) or so, all cookies are at 5 minutes now. The questions about hy memberlist and search are disabled are for the following reason. I have been told (right or wrong) that the fastest way to crash the server is to hit serach.php and or memberlist.php, so to eliminate the possibility of another hack attempt I took them down. I am always enouraging memebrs to fill in their profile and sig, I can't force anyone to do anything they don't wish to do.

I can tell you with 100% confidence, I have 2 usernames on my board

TheButcher and TheButcher(laptop).

There is this whole discussion about are the members real, yes they are. The bit about why post counts don't update immediatley, no idea have sent emails and posted on the vb site to see why it takes a few mins to update. The suggestions that the script has been manipulated or altered to reflect higher counts is not true. I have not paid, asked, changed any function in the script to show hgher post counts or more members.

Even if it takes longer to reach some success, you will gain more respect from people if you go about it ethically.

Here's thebutchers payment timeline :

November 6, 2004 - he paypal me $20 and $30, one for referrals and the other wrong payment for banner but he told me to keep it as advanced payment for moderating which is he offered $200 per month and i agreed. Its an echeck from webmaster@northfieldventures.com after almost 2 weeks of waiting the echeck didnt clear.

November 16, 2004 - he said he'll send me a check instead but same thing happened no check show up in my mailbox.

So now theres november and december payment that he needs to pay me.

He paypal echecks again which after more than 2 weeks cleared BUT according to paypal he reversed it again. The money was reversed by thebutcher for the reason he only knows.

BEFORE he went to the internext. He said he will send me MY money via western union, he send nothing!!!! Then he told me again he sent a check (for the 3 mods) 3 weeks ago but where is the check?

He is really getting pissed that i am reminding him of MY money for 3 months now and that $1000 for charity/red cross (this contest ends thanksgiving 2004) that he said he sent but didnt get to the destination.

You can call me whatever word you want but it still come to the fact that you owe me money and you dont have any intention of paying me and the other mods except now that this thing happens and im glad you WILL pay them or my coming out will not make sense.

Since you are answering questions here - I frequent many domain boards, and in the past have seen you post a few messages about domains you have bought, and the number of domains you own as a hobby ( I believe the last number I read that you posted was 3200 domains)
First off - why would you register domains like gfyer.com and menniche.com unless you are planning on obtaining traffic by spoofing/scraping/scamming?

Second - if you say you have 3200 domains, yet some posts I saw on php and hack boards you claim to have just gotten into the internet business this fall (which does coincide with everything Ive seen you post under other nicknames on other boards) how are you going to afford the renewals if you cant afford to pay for posting anymore?

For that matter - based on what Ive read on your views on domain disputes and trademark issues on the domain boards in the last three months, I would make a recommendation that you talk to a legal adviser if you really have that many domains as it sounds like you have already set yourself up for a few lawsuits.

I do own some number close to that, I buy domains all day long and have people work for me who register domains, I don't have a complete list of them, I trust my employees to make purchases for me. None of my domains redirect anywhere nor do they have an index page. I either park them at the various registrars or on my servers.

Another thing, I have no doamins registered to any address in France, there seems to be some confussion about people who were on IP's I have my chatboard on that used to have domains registered to in some address in france. When I was made aware of the fact I made sure that my techs or hosts blocked all domains that were still pointed to those IP's.

I do not allow any illegal chat on my board nor do I do anything that is not 100% above the law. So that should explain this confussion of domains that are not mine.

We get hit with SE spiders all the time & oddly enough, the spiders do what spiders are meant to do - they go thru the entire site & spider it. They do not stop on the index page & just sit there.

....Every fight on other boards gets us guests, I don't want fights but we get attention. Members read but don't log in, and we have more search engine spiders on our board than flies on shit. ....That's all fine & dandy, but when you showed 3438 members & guest online & only 130 of them are reading thread a thread & the other 3300 are viewing the board's index page, something is wrong.

We get hit with SE spiders all the time & oddly enough, the spiders do what spiders are meant to do - they go thru the entire site & spider it. They do not stop on the index page & just sit there.

2 - A month ago, when you had 7000 members, you stated that the site was 2 months old. At that rate, you'd be getting 116 or so new members each day. Yet after Jim & I signed up, it was 40 hours until another new member registered.

3 - Everyone can see that your member list is down to 4000. You told me on ICQ that you deleted every member that hadn't posted in the last 75 days. Assuming that you've been open for 3 months now, which is 90 days, that means you had 3000 people register in the 1st 15 days & none of them have posted since?.

Ok - let me get all this straight, as most of it confuses the hell out of me.

1 - You have 4000+ members (was 7000+) that somehow registered for the board without putting in their birthday, which is required.

2 - You usually have 3000+ "guests" on the board looking at the index page & not looking at threads or doing anything else.

3 - You were averaging 200 members a day for the 1st 15 days & then around 100 per day until around the time the board database crashed. Since then, you're getting 5-10 new members a day.

You don't think any of these things are odd?

You didn't wonder why these things were happening?

Why the board script was allowing people to register without a birthday?

Why so many people would come to the index page & then stop?

I've posted on & ran boards since 1998. If I saw these things happening on my board, I'd want to know why they were happening.

I also have a very hard time believing anyone that has that many offices and "standing" doesn't even spell business correctly or use proper grammer.

I also have to believe that part of the problem with this whole sponsorchat thing, is that an unknowing (I'm assuming that everything this guy says is correct) person with some capital decided to take on something back in September since that's the earliest record I can find on file anywhere including forming his company, and then a month later decides he wants a chat board business model (in October), buys a domain around the beginning of Oct., and gets the software installed. Then he uses a model that can be used by established boards, by paying per post.

This attracts a slew of people from some mainstream pay to post boards (which I notice a bunch of the posters and mods came from - nothing to do with adult) and they start taking him for the ride of his life :)

I'm almost starting to believe this guy has been scammed and doesn't even realize it - and adding some other people into the mix as partners makes it even worse.
Based on every post I have ever read, I would say his business sense is on a very elementary level, but just has a huge stack of cash and figures he can make it with that. I would say that once all of the mods he has and the poster/referrals from the mainstream boards see the downward trend (which with his removal of the pay posts has already started) they will be scurrying like rats to get out.

I have been called names, accussed of being others, I have repeated myself over and over on my board and here that all these people I'm being accussed of being are not true. But like everything else I can't stop anyone from posting anything or saying anything they want. I came here in good faith to help clear the misunderstandings that existed. I did my best, it doesn't seem to have registered. But I can say to myself I tried. I'm looking to build bridges not break them. I did my best attemt at it. I have my own businesses to run, my own board so I have to draw the line somewhere. If what i said isn't acceptable to anyone, that's fine by me. If anyone wants to be a group player and keep an open mind that would be even better.

I don't like people thrashing me or my business. I have tried to be as fair, honest and polite under the circumstances as I could. Please read carefully what I've posted try understand what I posted and don't just jump on the bashing for the fun of it.

Seeing how logical the 2 owners here were. I reciprocated today by doing my best to fix mis-communicatons.

Has it worked in getting my side of things out,the truth? I don't know. I can only tell the truth. It's up to the individuals to comprehend what I posted.

I've invited GrenGuy and Jim back to my board and will offer the same respect and priviledge there as they showed me here. 2 sides who don't see eye to eye can not be expected to party together after the first encounter, it takes time to build trust and respect. I'm willing to go down that path. I think GreenGuy and Jim are old timers who desreve the respect of a newbie.

Whether this happens it's up to the 2 guys, I'ver done what I said I would do. I came answered the questions and hope we can get to a mutual respectfull co-existence. To be honest, I could give two shits about TheButcher, I am not "depending" him, I am letting people know you are a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic.

I made my first appearance at SC because he wanted to help with the fundraiser I was part of, and there were a bunch of dumbasses accusing him of trying to raise money so he could pay the pay per post money that the losers there were there for.

I stuck around only because there appeared to be a huge membership there, and I saw it as a potential goldmine. Within days I realized that the chances of me finding a diamond in the coal pit was rather slim. But I contined to stay there because there were so many trolls that it was fun to go there and fuck with them.

Yeah, I know TheButcher did not particularly like it, but he had let me loose and I had tasted blood.

Eventually, it wasn't fun any more, and I had work to do so I stopped. I have BoardTracker, and if there was something I needed to know about, it would tell me. Surprise, surprise, I rarely get an alert from there.

Give me a break keke you know that Thebutcher hasn't any reason behind this The guy has stated again and again that he is new to all this. All he did was pick them out of the first members he had. He was maybe under the illusion that those members would stick by him. I was offered the mod thing a bit later I dont know how that came about.

He then asked me if i minded if he did a paid post thing to which i replied i had no problem with him doing it, its not up to me to tell people what they can or cant do BUT i told him that it would cost him alot of money and he would need deep pockets to do so. He told me he had enough cash to do a paid to post thing for 2 years and money was not an object.

So i told him if that was the case he would be better off building some nice paysites and doing a sponsor program and he told me he wanted to do a webmaster board so i left it at that. I kicked him from netpond soon after when he was using the name of his board as his nick and wasnt doing any posting, just trolling lol.
