I think I might have a problem. Maybe Rand or someone like that has ICQ?

The best way to get a hold of them is thru their little email system - every time I had to do anything with them, they told me to use it (I guess so they can verify it is actually you)

That's reasuring to know. I'll give my email a little longer then (it's been less than an hour anyway).
Let me know if you don't hear back from ePassporte customer service within the next hour. They usually reply pretty quickly unless there are unusual circumstances.
I don't want to post my ICQ, but you can send me an email at Rand @ Paycom (dot) net if you need my help.

Hi Rand,
Thank you very much for offering assistance. I've waited over 6 hours for a reply from epassporte. The situation is potentially quite serious, so I've sent an email to you with the details. Hope you can help.
Kristian,
I found the problem and have sent you an email explaining the issue to your ePassporte email address.
Your account status is excellant.

Hi Rand,
I hate to say it, but your email still hasn't come through. Maybe there's a problem with me receiving emails?

No... the problem is with my damn email client. It queues messages sometimes.
Check again, you should have it now.

Rand,
Got it! I just want to thank you for clearing up the situation for me, and let you know how much I appreciate the time you've given me. I can't imagine how busy you must be, so for you to go out of your way, and help me one-to-one is truly amazing. Thank you again and all the very best to you. :)
