Dear affiliate,

I am writing to inform you about the situation on payments.

There have been some delays on payouts due to an External Audit into our Accounts in the last few weeks.  This has now been completed. However due to the findings of the Audit Team we are having to make some changes to the way you are all paid.

With immediate effect Payments to each of you will be made exactly 2 months after the payment run. During the month of September 2008 all payments will be brought up todate as follows:
Payment Run that we activated dated 16 July 2008 will be paid out by 16 Sep 08
Payment Run 1 Aug will be paid out in full on 1 October 08 and so forth.
All affiliates will be up todate under this new system by 1 October 08.

The main reason this has had to be enforced is due to some fraudulent activity within the system.  The offending Affiliates have now been removed from the system.  We therefore need more time to verify the Payment Runs as they are triggered and implement a “cooling off” period for Chargebacks and Refunds to come through.
