1) All FHG's and HFS's will remain unchanged. Hardcore, sexually explicit content. Since we are hosting these pages, the responsibility to obtain and maintain the records for these models falls on us. You should not be required to keep any documents yourself, provided you are linking to them with text links
2) Our Galleries and Freesites will not have a compliance statement on them, since they are not on the root of any domain.
3) Banner. Each site that we have currently offers and has always offered non sexually explicit banners with which to promote our sites with. If You currently have sexually explicit banners promoting our sites and you are within the U.S. Please remove then immediately and replace with one of our non sexually explicit banners. If you are currently using a hosted banner, and it is hardcore, please get the linking code from one of our non sexually explicit banners.
4) All promotion content provided by us should not be used by U.S. based webmasters for promotion. We are working towards getting new non sexually explicit content packages together to use in promoting us. But this could take some time.

We would like our partners to understand that we strive to hold ourselves to very high standards. And it is with this goal in mind that we have decided to not release the documents to our affiliates that give them unlimited access to the personal information of the models that appear on our sites. We understand that this may cause some hardships for our affiliates, and we regret that. But we feel that the protection and safety of our models far outweighs the monetary gains we could receive by releasing this information to the public. As such, we ask that our partners understand why we have chosen to keep private information private, and that you will adjust accordingly.
