tomorrow. While myself and many in the industry feel that these new regs are too
full of loopholes to enforce, rest assured that APN is fully 2257 compliant.

affiliates would not be considered a viable target for investigation. The main
focus of the DOJ would most likely be directed towards large programs whose site
