However, with every softcore site, there are certain images that will be defined as 'sexually explicit' under the new 2257 laws. As of today, all Banners and Picture of the Day's on InnocentCash.com have been made compliant with the new 2257 laws. If you are currently promoting any of our sites with a banner or other promotional material that would be deemed sexually explicit (or the better term, "lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area"), please contact us so we can assist you with getting replacement content. If you are one of many affiliates that promote us through free hosted galleries and our POTD, no changes will be required for your Innocent Cash promotions to be compliant with the new laws.
