From: Digibucks I am writing to you to inform you of the stance digibucks.com have decided to take on the 2257 issue. Our affiliate program is based in the UK and in order for us to fully comply with the new regulations it would mean we would be breaking our own local laws of Data Protection. We respect the rights and privacy of our models and we are not prepared to give out model releases or ID’s to our webmasters. Our hosted galleries however are fully compliant with the new regulations and we strongly recommend that our US affiliates use the hosted galleries rather then building there own with the content we provide. We will not be making any changes to our affiliate program at this stage. Content will still be available to our webmasters as always.
