AEBN is working diligently to comply with all new 2257 regulations. We will have a further update for all our affiliates before June 23rd.

PAYOUT CHANGES EFFECTIVE JULY 2005 ** IMPORTANT **

Effective July 2005, the minimum commission payout level will be $100.00. This means that your account must accrue $100.00 in earned commissions before AEBN will initiate a commission check or wire transfer. Our cost analysis shows that this change will lower both your and our bank costs.

In an effort to develop new revenue streams for all of our content partners, AEBN, has taken an exciting step forward in the mobile technology arena. With our new site, www.Xobile.com, we have leveraged the power of the Internet and taken advantage of its expanded access to mobile devices.

Mobile users are now connecting to the Internet through the modem in their phone in addition to their PC. By typing into their handheld cell phone, or wireless device, http://www.Xobile.com and selecting one of your movies to view, they are performing much the same function that they would be if they typed http://www.AEBN.com into their PC. Therefore, it remains that your content continues to only be streamed or downloaded through the Internet.

The Xobile site has been in Beta since April and although little to no traffic has been pushed to it, we already see reason to expect great things from the mobile market place, based on the successes we have already had. Even though manufacturers and affiliates have not been informed officially, payouts to manufacturers and affiliates have been made since the first video was released on the Xobile site.

After 5 years in business, AEBN is on the verge of yet another exciting era. Recall the beginning of your relationship with AEBN, where most subscribers possessed only a 56K modem at best, and you were able to watch your payouts increase markedly along with the advent of new technology. You will witness the same increase with Xobile, as the Internet revolution changes the mobile marketplace and once again, increases your profits.

Please feel free to contact your representative with questions, comments or concerns. Our aim, here at AEBN, as always, is to preserve the relationships that we have worked so hard on building with our manufacturers. We are very excited about this new technology and look forward to sharing our continued success with you.
