Decembers Hosted
Galleries
Many of you have asked for more video hosted
galleries and we have responded with 10 new video galleries this month with the
usual three style format. Url's are included elsewhere in this mail but make
sure to read the next section before rushing off and adding them.
Important
We discovered recently that Norton Security Suite
blocks out some adult sites. After extensive research we have concluded that
this is done by certain key words in the sites actual domain name. As a result
of this we found some of the hosted galleries were being blocked for users of
Norton security Suite. Given the fact that Norton is so popular we decided to to
take swift action on this.
We have now moved all the hosted galleries over
to another domain name. The existing galleries still exist but if you really
want to maximise on your sales we would strongly urge you to change all
galleries over to the new domain name.
Arggh I can hear you say what with so many
galleries, but I do have a few tips to help you acheive this
swiftly.
If you run a TGP with flatfile databases here is
what to do...
Locate your perm galleries file and download it
to your HD making sure you download it in ASCII mode otherwise corruption can
occur.
Once you have it on your HD open it up with notepad. At the top of
notepad select "Edit" then in the drop down menu select "Replace" for the next
stage. In the box that appears type in www.sonia-fetish.com in
the "Find what" box. In the "Replace with" section type in www.english-lady-sonia.com/htdocs
Now all you need to do is hit the "replace all" button and your puter will zip
through the page and change everything over. Save your document and upload again
in ASCII mode to your server and the job is complete. Just remember to rebuild
the pages on your TGP to include the what you have you just done.
Maybe you have a single page with hardlinks to
galleries or something similar. Well its just as easy to do as above. You can
either copy and paste your html into notepad and do the same as above or use the
same technique in your Html authoring program making sure you have the Html view
on.
We noticed about a 25% increase in sales and 40%
increase in traffic after moving the galleries to the new domain so its well
worth the effort and in reality should take you minutes to do.
If you have any questions relating to any of the
above or need help with this please contact me.
Brand New Tour
Launched
The new Lady Sonia tour is now up and running and
early indications are showing a 20% increase in sales. We will be fine tuning it
over the next few weeks to maximise on its potential.
We plan to have a couple of tours you can link to
shortly but in the meantime there is no need to change your links as we are
using the same urls as before. More news on the alternative tours coming
soon.
TGP Tool
The tool is nearly ready for use. We are in the
final stages of adding text descriptions for galleries and it should be
available for use in the next week or so.
2005
We have a lot of great ideas for next year for
our partners and we will be extending the amount of tools for you to make sales
with. Thanks to all of you for the great effort you have put in this year. It
has been a remarkable year but we are not going to rest on our laurels and will
be pushing forward again in 2005.
