Store Credits In - Vouchers Out
Previously, if your customers cancelled an order, a voucher number was emailed to them to use at a later date. In the past month we have phased out vouchers and started using store credits. Now, if your customer cancels a purchase, a store credit is applied to their account and stored in our database. The next time they make a purchase, the store credit is automatically applied to their next purchase. By providing customers with a store credit instead of a refund, we avoid the dreaded chargebacks that every webmaster hates along with ensuring the customer will return to your store.
